How Can Tingue Help?
Some other sites have wishlists, where I can store and categorize my regular purchases – do you have that?
We are pleased to announce that wishlists have been added to the site. You will now see a heart icon next to your shopping cart in the upper right corner of the menu bar. That is the direct link to use and manage your active wishlists. There are also heart icons on each product tile and an "Add to Wishlist" button on each product detail page. Clicking on either will allow you to add the product to one or more new or existing wishlists.
How do I track my order?
We had some initial difficulty communicating shipments from our fulfillment system, but going forward from 3/8/23, delivery information including tracking should be visible from the site. Upon shipping, you should also receive an email with full tracking information.
Can I save my cart(s) like some other sites allow?
Yes – We’re happy to announce that we just incorporated saved carts into shop.tingue.com. In your Shopping Cart, you will see two new buttons, “View Carts” and “Save Cart”. These open up the functionality to save and manage multiple carts for later or repeated use. One use we can envision is for our customers that have an internal approval process. This will allow you to save the cart, transmit it via hyperlink or PDF for approval, then later add it back to your Shopping Cart for checkout.
Why are some parts “Call for Pricing”?
While we strive to have every part on the shelf, ready and available to ship to you – sometimes we aren’t always able to do so. Some parts, due to low volume or fluctuating pricing may not be possible for us to always stock. Rest assured, we have partnered with trusted sources to supply these parts to you. What happens if Tingue is out of a part?
At Tingue we do our absolute best to keep common and uncommon parts in stock to keep your machines running. In the event we are out of a specific part you need; our dedicated team of sourcing agents will leave no stone unturned to track down a part or even have one built for you.
If you are not seeing the part you need listed or there is no (or even negative) quantity shown as available, please contact customer service directly at partsquote@tingue.com (or call directly at 1 (800) 222-9954) and a member of our customer service department will get back to you within 24 hours to let you know what options are available and how quickly we can source or make the part you need.

I can’t find what I am looking for

In the event we do not carry the part you need our agents can provide a time estimate for how long it will take to locate, source, or even manufacture your part. Can I have an order expedited?
Of course! At Tingue our passion is ensuring your business keeps running and we are happy to ship out any in stock part to you as quickly as you need.
Depending on your payment terms, you may either select the speed of your shipping preference at checkout or leave a note in the special shipping instructions box. If a part is not in stock our world class Sourcing Team will work to locate the part you need and advise you within 24 hours what the best possible options are and how fast we can get the part to you.

How do I pay?
If you are a Net Terms customer (i.e. Net 30 Days), you will be invoiced and any taxes and shipping will be determined at the time of invoicing. If you are not a terms customer, you will be provided with the option of paying by Credit Card at checkout.
